The one thing we all want more of is time and I appreciate that some of you are working full time. We have planned this mentorship to hold your hand through the process of setting up your VA business. Each step will include training and supported implementation activities, alongside a community platform for you to ask questions. Each week there will be a Tuesday evening call 7-8pm. If you can allocate 60-90 min at the weekend (which honestly won’t feel like work! 😉) you’ll be making amazing progress.

The mentorship programme includes 4 x months of weekly training and expert support, plus a further 6 months of continued support in our Launch & Grow private community thread. There will be calls on a Tue evening 7-8pm (with breaks for school holidays) and four longer online implementation afternoons on a Saturday to support you with some of the tech and workflows you’ll need to get set up. You will have lifetime access to all of the materials (and workshop recordings) to rewatch as many times as you need!

We are always available via email, on the community forum and via dm in the private app. If you need extra help or are feeling overwhelmed, we want to know! We'll have time on calls to talk about any questions and can arrange occasional co-working sessions. Additional support can be offered to each member in the form of 1:1 support or guidance however, additional charges will apply.

There are many skills you already have that we will be packaging up and offering as services to businesses. You may choose to specialise in particular tech platforms later on down the road, but this won’t be necessary to start with. We will be hosting practical sessions to help you learn how to build a simple website, create social media posts, set up automated emails and much more. We aim to cover as much as we can in the six months to help you hit the ground running!

There will be additional costs associated with starting a business such as website hosting, insurance and legal contracts. Where we can, we secure discounts and only recommend using products we use ourselves. These are also products you’ll likely use with clients, so it’s a good investment of time and money to set up things like your website and email marketing yourself. If you do want 1:1 support with any tech aspects, you can book additional support with one of the VA team at their hourly rate.
